Wayne, New Jersey’s The Ice Vault Skating Arena is a cutting-edge ice skating rink with three NHL-sized ice sheets. A 3-sheet facility was added in 2016 after being first constructed in 2003 as a 2-sheet facility. Four club ice hockey teams call it home: the Bandits, Bandits Girls, Outlaws, and Jersey Hitmen. Along with club hockey, we also provide community-based Fall and Spring House League hockey and a fully-fledged Men’s League. We serve as the home ice for both the Ramapo College Roadrunners and the William Paterson University Pioneers D-1 Club hockey team.

Public Skating Rules
- It is assumed that skaters and observers are aware of and accept the dangers associated with their living in the greater New York/New Jersey area.
- Injuries are caused by collisions or contact with other skaters, passersby, or other people on the ice or on the grounds.
- Injuries involving manmade objects or buildings that are properly within the planned course of movement for the skater or other people.
- Injuries resulting from falls.
- On the ice, skaters are required to always go in the designated traffic direction.
- No Speedskating, Weaving, or Skating Against The Designated Traffic Direction.
- Tag and other games of any kind are not allowed on the ice or on the premises.
- On the ice, NO INTENTIONAL DIVING OR SLIDING.
- The ice or dasher boards may not be kicked or chipped.
- Only a maximum of two people may skate together (NO HUMAN CHAINS).
- Don’t lean over or sit on the dashboard.
- No throwing objects, including snowballs, on the ice or around the premises.
- On the ice, skaters cannot bring children or other items like cameras, electronic devices, handbags, etc.
- No use of equipment, including hockey sticks, pucks, or balls, on the ice or the premises.
- No Figure Skating Spins or Jumps
- Skating is not permitted in the bleachers and any other unprotected concrete areas of the facility.
- Exits must always be available.
- On the ice, eating or drinking is not permitted.
- On the ice or on the premises, it is forbidden to use tobacco products, alcohol, or illegal substances.
- During public skating, no one is allowed in the players’ boxes or penalty boxes.
- During ice resurfacing, no one is allowed on the ice, in the players’ boxes, or penalty boxes.
- During ice resurfacing, all doors to the ice surface must be closed.
